Refund and Returns Policy

We comply with government standards with our policy on returns. If you would like to make a return or an exchange you must contact us within 3 days of receiving you order, the item then must be returned within 7 days of you receiving.   

After contacting us notifying us of your return or exchange. Sending the item back will be at YOUR OWN COST. Once you have sent the item you will need to provide the receipt that accompanied your order. 

Goods must be returned in original packaging and unworn. Products are strictly examined before refunds are processed. Also we have attached to each item a ziptie which if cut off the item won’t be acceptable for return – this is clearly stated on the ziptie itself.
